Can you tell me more about this RDA product you are taking? what does it have in it? I am unable to take PM right now as my wife wants me to wait until we are done having kids so maybe looking for some other safe ways to keep the progress going. Any ideas from the rest?

"The Product" were Capsules from https://www.siamheilkraeuter.de/ . They don't have PM at the moment. The capsules contained only PM and nothing else. At the moment I have PM from Barlowe's. Ainterol products also seem to have a good reputation around here.

P.S: "RDA" ist just a commonly used abbreviation for "recommended daily allowance", i.e. what the package says how many pills one should take per day.
Okay thank you, and how has your progress been using barlowes? have you noticed any undesired site affects?
