I've heard alot of success with the fenugreek liquids and past alone, sometimes I've heard saw palmetto and another strong phyto working...
I don't know how a man's body work, but it seems like it would be easier for you than me to get enhanced secondary sex characteristics. Since, there is very little estrogen in a male's body and the phyto gang could probably set up shop easier in male's body. I've heard people say that it wouldn't matter in males body because it would simply turn into testosterone. But, that is completely untrue. Because, there isn't really any natural phenomenon, though on the other hand, there are several conditions out there that can turn excess testosterone (like anabolic steroid abuse and simply an unusual genetic condition) that converts to estrogen. Yes, there is an unusual condition out there that can turn men into hormonal women or intersexed.
