You could try taking the natureday products. I have taken them for 3ish years and i have defiantly had some breast growth but have not experienced budding. This product has been known to have real lasting affects but it does take a lot of time and commitment so be patient with it if you do decide to go that route. It is also rather expensive so that is a rather large downside.
