Well I never knew that about PM, I obviously missed it in my research so thanks for sharing.
The  main reason I chose rectal was to keep the number of pills down so not to over stress my liver.

Makes me wonder if I'd stuck with oral PM I would have probably ended up with far bigger breasts than planned!

I'm on HRT, RR & BO now so havent taken PM for a couple of years.

I wonder if it affects people differently?
I am using PM capsules and PM cream. Just in case.

I feel weird in my left nipple area, a couple of months of pain there when I press, but it also feels like there is something underneath now. Am I budding? I only wanted some nipple sensitivity

We all see differences when taking the same as our bodies all react differently, it's about researching, then trial and error to find the right regime combo. But always remember to listen to your body.
