Still there's a lot to be said for going in 'male mode' as you called it, which for me means 'this is my normal and if you have a problem with this that's on you' as I mentioned above. It's been working okay but I have to admit I'm looking forward to cooler weather here in NE US so I can wear more layers and my nipples aren't so obvious. 

I've been thinking about this a lot lately and it occurred to me that maybe some of this hiding is part of what to expect when you have growth. After all if I were a woman I wouldn't go out with just a thin t-shirt on (at least not typically), I'd have some sort of bra on wouldn't I? So maybe I need to adjust my expectations and conform to the same rules of clothing etiquette that women have had to deal with for decades. 

This wouldn't help me poolside but it's something to think about.

I think we are in similar situations.  I am fairly slender. 6' tall, 168 lbs. 38B bra fits best.  Although my breasts aren't big.  I can't blame them on being overweight.

I am male staying male.  I am married. I don't cross dress or anything.  I only took PM for the daily rush of knowing I could potentially have permanent breasts.  I enjoyed walking the tight rope and the fear not being able to go back.  So now I have breasts. What do I do with them?  I am constantly aware of them.  This sounds crazy, but I love the embarrassment of being a manly man with breasts.  

I just recently started thinking about my chest from more of a female perspective.  Your comment really hit home.  A female with similar size breasts would certainly be wearing a bra.  She wouldn't be out mowing the yard topless.  Like you said, maybe having female breasts means conforming to female etiquette.  I think for me having to conform to female rules for breasts adds to the rush.
