Hi,
in my first Session , PM only, it needed 3-4 month until budding pain started so don't expect someting after 2 weeks?
After 5-6 weeks boner was gone and i believe my bodyhair and beard grow was sloving down, but maybe it was more a wish than a real thing.?
Did give it a break after 8 month and budding pain ended after 2 weeks without PM.
Second Session was nearly the same, only drank 3-4 Cups of green tea a day.
Third Session with Red Reishi and PM nothing happened in 6 month☹️
Third Session with red reishi and PM, nothing happed in 6 month to the breasts, only bodyhair, beard and errection.
Dose was up to 2000mg per day, but with 2000 i gained nightly leg cramps so i had to reduce to 1000.
I started 2 weeks ago again with 500mg, one capsule in the morning, one hour before breakfast, will see what will happen now?
