Would make sense that everything happens when you sleep. Just like in the fitness world and bodybuilding. You don't make muscle in the gym or during training. You make the muscle when you sleep and recover after training assuming you have everything your body needs to support the muscle growth and recovery (which is why people follow specific diets and take specific supplements) 

So makes sense to me that if one promoted breast growth by using specific supplements and training (massage or using suction cups) the breast tissue would heal and recover and grow when one is sleeping, and I mean in a deep sleep cycle when your body uses everything it needs to include your growth hormones. 

I would make sense to me that taking most things before bed would be recommended,but you still need to be able to take the high levels of nbe Supplements in which case you could not do all in one sitting right before bed. 

Just like with bodybuilding timing is everything for meals and training. But it's different for everyone based on their genetics and their body. You still need to make sure you have enough nbe in your system to promote breast growth. 

So logically one spreads it's through out the day am afternoon and pm, but might be better the use more before bed
