Thank you! It's not ease, as I said, a lot of years training. Without interruption was 13 years. Three meal a day, no beef, no alcohol, no smoke, no sodas, no carbs at dinner, fruits every breakfast with granola. Drink: only water. Gym: whey protein, dextrose and creatine. "everything is possible for those who believe." This is my motto.
