Hi Browngirl
Aside from all the obvious "it's always better not to lie to your partner..... " etc... the real answer is that it really depends on your body shape.
If you are chubby some boobage is somehow expected. PM could cause your chubby pecs to get a bit rounder and more sensitive and you could easily get away with it.
If you are slim then things get more complicated. Two perky budding breasts on a perfectly smooth and flat chest are quite noticeable.
Also, Asian people tend to develop darker and larger nipples which are more feminine-looking than many white people's nipples. In my opinion, nipples can make the difference between a moob and a boob, and nipple development in Asian males on any estrogen seems to be faster than in other genetic males.
Lastly, you must consider your lifestyle. If you hardly ever go our bare chested, then you have less to worry about. If you are used to beach holidays, pool parties with the family, and saunas then, again, at some point someone could say something. From my experience, unless you are very slim, you can get away with an A or B cup just by saying that you have "relaxed muscle". If anyone gets really curious just say it's gynecomastia.
