Where i live, the only PM brand i can find is BIOVEA, it's 250mg PM per capsule and says "(root) standardized to %40 isoflavones". And has 100 capsules in 1 bottle. Costs 20$
But i don't know if it's good enough or not. On Amazon most of the sellers don't ship to where i live (turkey). So would like to get your opinions on this.
