I think PM taken at high rates works as oestrogen does so will not only eventually give you some breast growth but also a change in body shape through fat redistribution.
As for leading a double life each of us is the architect of our own lives and only you know how much feminisation you can achieve without it being noticed by your family. My only advise would be to cut back if changes become to apparent.
