Might be good to speak with your Endo about this. Usually any form of pm can potentially cause blood clots or DVT among other health risks. As you are getting legitimate HRT, I would say for peace of mind and health risks not to use the cream until you have spoken to a doctor about it.
You are already getting estrogen in your system from the HRT in a better and more potent form than pm which is plant based.
Again I would ask a doctor before you do use it.
There might be other topical creams you can use in conjunction with your HRT, that won't affect each other chemicaly.
