as far as I know/read PM has barely any real effect by itself, not backed by science. That said, you also need some kind of testosterone antagonist.
You won't get a feminine body just by PM.
What can also help you is lowering your body fat percentage and start with some exercices targeting your booty and boobs and believe me, those make some light but noticeable difference. Just YouTube some fitness video for a bubble butt or enhancing breast.
Exercise by itself won't make your boobs larger, but it will make your underlying muscles to grow a little and that will for sure push out your boobs.
Shaving is fine as long as you understand that it takes a while for the hair to grow back. Take that into consideration, you might have an unexpected pool party a week after you shaved. It will be noticed.
I've been living a double life since I was a child, and I had my embarrassing moments for sure. You'll learn how to be confident and divert discussion, turn into a laugh or avoid the problems altogether!
My new ready hand excuse for my new boobs growth is that I just passed the fifty mark and now I have some kind of normal hormonal imbalance and that it's normal. It works for most of the people.
Unless you go wild and get some BIG boobs (and I've seen many on this forum!), you can handle it.
Take also into consideration that your life partner might notice changes in your appearance more easily. The trick is to have a good back story and stick to it and be confident.
