BO and PM are the main 2 NBE products that are used fore breast enhancement. Personally I went with BO because it was least complicated and no risk of DVT. PM requires a few other supplements to work at its best, BO can be taken by itself or with a pituitary glandular supplement, Lotus explains why Petuitary Glandular is not necessary.
There are a few supplements taken with PM that may also be taken without PM and help achieve results, at a slower pace, but with fewer possible negative side effects of PM, most notably DVT, while not common I really didn't want to chance that.
