I wondered about the estriol and progesterone you mentioned using. Could you tell me please if that is a cream you apply and are you taking and or applying those day about? I have been using biova progesterone cream now for a couple of months with little result except for a bit of darkening of my areolas and small lumps or bumps around them. 
I love your long dark brunette hair btw. Is that hair growth natural?❤️
