As for your question. I would lean towards breast if you had more of a feminine figure, ie hips. Etc. but you don't (not yet anyways). 

Granted I feel your areolas are larger than the average man's, I feel you still have a male chest, with possibly a little gyno. 

If you had hips and more feminine figure I'd lean towards feminine breasts due to the size of your nipples.
