Starting August 25, I've decided to use DHEA, PC, and Natureday topically.
For the last seven days of the month, On day one, and all other odd days, I'm going to use DHEA cream with Natureday once, at the same time, before bed. On day two, and all other even days, I'm going to use DHEA cream with PC once, at the same time, before bed.
I do have Bi-Est 5.0, but I'm not sure if the Topical Protocol will work, since I'm on the three weeks on/one week off PM-based program.
If anyone has better ideas for what I should use, I am excited to hear.

PS: A little OT, but I decided to decrease my WP from 1000mg to 500mg. A single dose of WP is one pill and a single dose of RR is three pills. For the longest time I was doing 2 WP, but I wonder if it might be increasing my E too much.
I'm also contemplating on an E2-only HRT, like Stevenator_ did, next year.
