NBE is a long term project, you but more than likely may not see results in as little as 2 months. 4 pills twice a day seems like it could be 1000mg twice a day or more depending on the source. That's a high dose, you may want to add milk thistle to help cleans the liver, 2000 mg is a lot for the liver to process. Most importantly, listen to what your body tells you, if you start having negative side effects decrease the amount you are taking.
Common and expected side effects, testicles ache once in a while, low libido or lack of erection, pelvic discomfort.
I was on it for 2 years and I was very pleased with the effects. Best of luck.
