I just found out about a new type of surgery called rib remodeling. Basically instead of using liposuction and using fat transfer to make a torso more feminine looking, or instead of the older surgery technique where they remove the lower rib, this surgery does neither. They micro fracture your lower ribs and then you use a corset while they heal. And they heal in a new location due to the corset. They say it's not all that painful.  Interesting to say the least.
