I agree with Dru, if you are on blood thinners due to a recent blood clot I'd stay off everything until you've at least finished the thinners.
Your health isn't worth the risk.
Taking a break will allow you to have a serious re-evaluation of what you want, if it's just breasts look at implants, which are probably cheaper in the long run.
If it's more than just breast BO may be an option as Lara says, it is not known for causing clots, or you could look at other milder herbs or a topical regime, there is loads of intel on here on the different regimes.
However, like all these herbs / BO / HRT etc it's take it slow and listen to your body.
