Not silly at all.
I'm UK up north, and I use British Vitamins for RR as they seem to have the best price/ingredients/efficacy.
I've also used British Supplements which seem to good for other vits etc, and they sell SP however, I've never taken SP so have no experience of that. Otherwise I'd stick to the good ole trusted Swanson from places like iherbs.
