Menina, I'm replying instead as Lotus can't be online all the time with her health struggles etc.
1. I'm not expert on Swa Palmetto, I would rather steer clear of it and use other methods instead.
2. You can and should use bioidentical prog/estrogens on a stable dose, it usually doesn't make sense to mimic cis fem hormone cycle. You can, but there's no additional benefit in doing so.
3. When your hormone balance goes more to typical female one, your fat distribution will change, getting more subcutaneous fat to your lower tummy area is very typical. This is controlled by your hormone balance and genetics mostly and having it happen on specific spots without surgery is difficult or downright impossible. If you don't want this to happen, you shouldn't play around with feminising hormones, but you obviously do so deal with it. Exercise and weight cycles can be your friend on this and help to shift your fat distribution somewhat faster. The entire process takes about ten years to finish completely so you're in it for long haul no matter what.
4. Read the thread about topical protocol, Projext X thread and my (HT's HRT) thread for ton of references on how to use progesterone cream. Lotus has posted extensively about how to use it and why and how it works.
5. Again, your body loves stable levels which is usually the best method to both HRT and NBE programs, however keep in mind that some times subtle changes, stops and starts can kick start your breast development by causing growth spurts. This doesn't happen to everybody, I've had it happen numerous times when making changes to my program. Only way to find it out is to try.
