I have always wanted to improve my natural 38B breast which have been accompanying me for the last few decades (I am 51 now). I came across this website last spring and to say that it has been a source of inspiration is a bit of an understatement...

I have tried several things. Some PM (Ainterol's) to begin with. However, it give me sometimes so weird feelings like tingling in my hands and on my scalp. So I freaked out a little bit. Now, I am taking daily about 2000-3000mg of fenugreek along with saw palmetto (320-640 mg) and DIM (100-200mg). The quantities vary as I am not always alone at home... 

I also (irregularly) pump with Noogleberry, but I am almost filling the L cup now. XL cups are on the way.

It is now nearly my 5th month. And some day I think I see a difference and when I look at my pictures, I am almost disappointed.
