Congrats sounds like you are progressing slowly but surely well doe.

For your bald patch you might want to talk to your doc about DHT blocker Dutasteride which worked really well for me, or herbal wise red reishi & or drink 2or3 cups of decent green tea every day, again does work but not as quick.
