After the reading (actually skimmimg) I was coming to the same conclusion, just hadn't done it yet. Your note just pushed the button for me. As of yesterday, I'm down to 1700 (2caps) am and pm. I'm off the PM. I had just started reading about DVT. Just happy it didn't happen to me. Thanks again for the push. Lynda
