I would like to understand if PM Ainterol cream can be used on the penis and testicles to reduce annoying erections and the size of my small penis, I ask for help. Thanks for the advice. I tried with RR but didn't get any results. Currently I almost always use the cage so every erection bothers me a lot.

I use my own home made extract/lotion, so I cannot answer about Ainterol specifically.  My mix is strong enough that I have stopped taking PM orally, and apply topically 2x daily to most of my body.

I tried using PM topically my testicles, but stopped after less than 1 week due to not being able to get an erection and started getting testicle pain.   It also darken the skin very quickly.   If used on the penis consistently,  it does seem to reduce flaccid size.
