Everyone here knows very well that eating a few steaks is not enough to turn you into a woman. (Unfortunately? I love mine thick and medium rare! Steaks, not women. I can't stand thick women. At least not mentally thick...). Also, estrogen alone doesn't turn you into a woman. A male taking estrogen, willingly or else, is not necessarily transgender and is not necessarily going to be transsexual.
If you google "Feminization of America" there is a lot of "literature" about how "the hidden State" are trying to feminize the USA to make it weaker. I am sure QAnon has a few pages on that subject. I think that the article you found would do really well at a MAGA rally.
