I wanted to share my program and results. I started completely flat (no breast buds) although I did have mild gyno as a teen. It went away, but I think it implies I had good genetics for NBE.
I started with a simple Red Clover & Fenugreek program. I spent 6 months taking 1000 mg RC and 500 mg Fenugreek daily. I also practiced regular massage and drank Flaxseed shakes. I developed buds followed by smallish B cups. My growth completely stagnated.
I then developed a more serious program inspired heavily by Lotus's thread and things I'd seen on r/NBE:
- 1,000 mg Pueraria Mirifica per day
- Red Clover & PM topical paste.
- 800 mg Bovine Mammary per day.
- 10 mg DHEA per breast (adjusted frequency a couple times).
- 1 mg finasteride bi-weekly to reduce DHT.
- Massage three times per week (I did not do Noogling or pumping).
- I used progesterone cream for a month but quit due to side effects.
- Regular Flaxseed shakes.
I also developed a butt growth program:
- Topical Bovine Ovary and PM paste.
- 500 mg of Maca
- Glute exercises 30 minutes after applying paste and taking Maca.
I did the butt growth routine 3 times a week for four months and experienced a couple inches of growth and significant rounding.
In terms of breast development, the second program caused a fairly rapid change in the way my chest felt. It went from 'well they're sort of boobs' to feeling like they were plump and tear drop shaped. I also began growing and over the next 8 months went from a small / barely B to a full 36D / DD. I'm basing that off of what fits rather than the r/abrathatfits calculator (which seems to give inflated results IMO).
First pic is after 6 months of RC & Fenugreek and last is my current size. I'm wearing an unpadded and underwire free bralette with minimal support. Will probably delete link later as I'm an introvert / private person.
I was honestly floored by the results I achieved as I was never on synthetic estrogen. I don't intend on fully transitioning, just like being able to have 'girl mode' moments (which is why I also had laser hair removal).
