Accurate way to measure growth

makes sense to me, an A fits about right on the money.. I notice when I flatten my chest they project a significant amount more. 

If I were the size I was in my late teens/early 20s (could fit in a size L tall with room to spare, probably was closer to 36 band back then), I am sure they would look completely different in comparison to my frame now (2xlt or 3xlt depending on the brand).
