Hi everyone, I am new on this thread so I lack a lot of knowledge regarding transformation and the herbs. I am satisfied with my male figure but I want to make myself more feminine, such as having some breasts and rounder/fuller hips, more sensitive nipples/genital etc.
I have been taking PM for a few months and I came across this fourm and was interested in upping my doseage and using more herbs. The PM I take right now is from Carlyle that I tried out from Amazon, I am interested in switching to Ainterol but I was confused with some of the informations. I also mix some of the capsule with body cream and apply it on my breasts and hips.
First, it seems like 1500 mg is a good place to start for me from what I have seen in this form, however I am confused between the differences of pure root and extract. The capsule I am taking right now says 1000mg but it is from 100mg of 10:1 extract, does that mean I am only getting 100mg of effective doseage out of one capsule? I also saw on the Ainterol website that they sell extract and powder, I don't mind spending the time to prepare the powder but how much should I take daily for the 1500mg recommended by others? And how does doseage of the powder form translate to the extract form?
I also have a question about application. I want to try scrotum and rectal applications for the PM, how would rectal application work in this case? I'm not sure if applying the powder/extract to my anus directly works or if I need some cream/capsule to go along with it.
Lastly, I was wondering if there is anything else that is recommended for me to take, I have been thinking about taking AA like Red Reshi, what would be the best application for those?
