I do my topical daily and yes its a bit of a faff and mess, but I've got it down to a tee which makes a big difference.
They do say to rotate where you do topical such like Oestrogel etc because of dermal overload, so maybe every other day might be a god compromise.
Either way keep up the regime as it is clearly working
