Hi, Yes this happend to me when I first started buying, this what I did.
Q. Have you openend an account, if you have log back in. You will find that your order is in your basket pending payment, just go to check out and enter your bank details and the system will do the rest.
Q. If you do not have an account then you need to create one, even though it said your order is confirmed it wants you to pay, if you have not then the order will vanish.
Q. Have you received an email from them, if you hav ethen read what it says, if not then there is no order.
Q. Last question, was it Ainterol direct or a subsiduary company that you need to check.
