You are correct in thinking that Finasteride can lead to gynecomastia, but if you research the likelihood of this particular side effect you will find that the reported incidence of this is generally claimed to be low. There is huge variation on the claimed incidence but several sites talk of a 1 in 1000 risk.
More knowledgeable members here may have a different take on this, but I think my advice would be to spend a lot of time reading the very useful and informed advice regarding breast enlargement here on the forum. If you decide to pursue your wish to develop breasts, I would suggest that there are better methods to consider, and that all of them require a great deal of time and determination. That said, look around here and you may be amazed at the incredible achievements that many BN members have made.
