There are three core elements to make male BE work. You will not be relying on Finasteride for breast growth but rather an element of breast growth.

1. An anti-androgen, something to lower the natural male Testosterone level. In this case the AA would be Finasteride. 5mg may be sufficient.

2. A source of "estrogen". I recommend BiEST 5.0 if you can get it where you live.

3. A source of Progesterone.

Start the daily Finasteride, add 5mg, daily, of Bi-EST. Continue this regimen until breasts buds are well formed under you nipples.
Once breasts buds form, add the Progesterone Cream to the regimen. 20 to 75mg/day, or so.

Be regular and persistent until you reach your goal.
Be prepared to live with whatever develops.
Breasts often do not develop symmetrically.
It is especially common that one is larger than the other.
If you are not happy with what is developing, stop.
