Welcome to the forum and to the quest for boobs. It can take a while but the results are worth it. (See my avatar--D cups).
There are lots of pills, lotions and devices to help you on your quest. Certainly a lot more stuff on places like Amazon than there were when I started my quest about 6 years ago. Something I just started using is BIOLabs PRO "Natural Bioidentical BI-EST 5.0 Performance Cream (provides Estriol and Estradiol).
Personally I have found breast massage to be essential and pleasurable.
