Wow thank you heavens night, this very good advice it really made me understand what I should be doing with my diet and exercise, it also confirmed this same theory I had, when I was younger and more masculine I used to be into body building so this sounds like a very similar routine to bulking and cutting with body builders expect focusing on keeping fat rather than muscle and in a much shorter time period, I will definitely be doing this fat body cycling along with calisthenics and weight lifting targeting my gynoid area.
