It sounds like there is a decrease in E2, which is too fast. Apply twice a day and on some other body parts so it doesn't absorb that fast. Or switch to Een. The half-life of E2 is short; that's why injections of E2 esters are better - they convert to E2 slowly, so there are no such big waves. That cream is 0.02% E2 - just 3x lower than HRT estrogel.
