I'm north UK cis-male as well potentially over in the next county
All Finestride will do is reduce your DHT. it does not reduce your T, so Fin and other alpha5 reductase on their own are more effective for combating hair loss, than breast growth.
You can nuke your DHT without resorting to prescription meds, simply by taking Red Reishi mushroom (max 4-caps//day) and EGCG- green tea (typically 2xcaps/3 cuppa/day).
For breast growth you will need to reduce T and increase E.
A lot start on PM, but in my experience all it did was give me man-boobs so if I was starting out again I'd start on BO/glandular with a solid topical regime.
