If you are truly all in on feminization then HRT is the route.  Nothing compares.  Well, at least for me.  On NBE I have really minimal growth.  That and I was sucking down a lot of capsules per day made me realize that this maybe isn’t the right path for what I wanted to achieve.  Like many here I started out by telling myself ‘I just want boobs—nothing will change—I won’t go down THAT path.’ Yeah, no.  NBE just unlocked what had always been there.  So I switched.  As you can see from my program I still use some NBE in conjunction with HRT.  Currently my breasts have been sore, full, dense, etc—growing pains—for the past month.  I really owe it to a few things. One, getting my E2 dialed in just right.  Two, really suppressing T via Spiro and Bica.  Spiro stops DHT formation and Bica prevents whatever remaining  T from doing its thing.  Three, maxing my pathways and binding sites.  And this is where some NBE tricks come back into play.  And four, progesterone.  It works magic.  

Recently I’ve begun putting Red Clover Extract, like Lotus said, on my nipples.  It’s too soon to determine any long term effects.  But they do get puffy.  I’ll check back in once I’ve given it a fair chance.
