There many members who have used various methods some with good results some not, my opinion is read the post's then take a view of what you would think suits you.

Wee2er is a good source of information listen to the advcie given, one thing wee2er said was do not chase numbers because BO does not lower T as such, it needs to turn T into E, so your reading might come back not as expected.

Also the time of day for blood draw makes a difference.

Also chasing numbers can mess with your head as did for me, as advised chill and let it happen, CIS women take up to 7 years from puberty to fully develop, so BO gives you a seccond puberty you can guess the rest.

Now BO as Wee2er says it does not work for everyone, even though you have no side effects does not mean there will not be any, again take it slowly Wee2er said listen to your body
