I'm pretty much back to 100%. I'm certain it was just a viral bug that's been going around.

I guess I hadn't thought much about dropping down to a low dose. It could be interesting to see how that goes for an extended period. The mechanisms involved with BO are pretty fascinating. I don't claim to understand anything more than a small fraction of it but this experiment has definitely sparked my interest in learning more.
