Good to hear you are pretty much back to 100%, I'm suffering at the mo with a flair up of my eczema so off everything bar my Een, it's a real pain when you aren't 100%!
A low dose BO regime might work well for you, with small enough doses to just keep the changes trickling along nicely, whilst doing more research.
I find the thirst for knowledge quite addictive, research it, try it, evaluate it, adjust it, and so one.
