Welcome to this amazing forum, it has been a great help to me.
My advice for what it is worth is slow, slow and then slow, I made mistakes by rushing it and it nearly caused me to check out.
Learn from those who have been down the road and learned, set yourself realistic targets and do not deviate, stick to what suits you best, listen to your body, it will talk to you.
As I am here in the UK there is a wonderful member called Wee2er who has been a pillar of support, listen to the advice, that said there are other members who will help (not saying who as you will find out)
Do not get down when you don't get replies, that is the nature of this forum, members reply when they feel they need to, also they may have nothing to offer, as this is a world wide site there are time diffences, so when you are up they may be in bed and visa vesa.
