Had labs and Endo appointment. Currently test is at 81, estradiol is at 191. Endo wants to add progesterone to help lower my t levels since I'm not on Spiro or any other anti androgen. 

Currently not sure if I will take him up on his suggestion or not. I've been struggling, and having more bad days then good ones. Not sure I will continue hrt at all.

 So lots to figure out and think about ... 

Just a recap, stopped bo Aug/Sept of 2024, Endo appointment oct 2024, start Spiro Nov 2024, start estrogen Dec 2024, stop Spiro Jan 2025. Changed dose and frequency of estrogen Jan/Feb 2025 to present. 

No body changes, no breast growth.
