Thank you wee2er & ninja. It feels good to be back on the regular program again. Lotus always said that consistency is key, and I can definitely tell when I'm on a break.

My routine is pretty much the same. Twice a week I have my "spa day" consisting of E2 injection, the Topical Protocol + IPL session on my face. Rectal P4 is every night. Progress with the IPL is excruciatingly slow, but progress is being made.
