Newish member of Breast Nexum and have thought about trying for some growth for years. I am older male closing in on 60 so fertility is not a real concern to me.
I recently took the plunge and started with taking PM along with Red Reishi for a month or two but did get scared away after reading about the increase incidence of blood clots. In that short time I did notice some changes for sure. Breasts felt "different" and I think there was some growth. They would occasionally feel sore and my nipples felt bigger and more sensitive. My skin was definitely softer and I really noticed changes with my testicles shrinking and erections softer and smaller too (thats ok with me lol).
So after taking a break after PM I discovered BO and of course dove right in. I have been taking BO along with Reishi for about a month now and think i am back to where I left off with PM. I am not taking a real high dose right now and just doing 1 capsule of each morning and night. Not sure if I should be adding anything else right now? I do have some fenugreek caps I could take but didn't want it to effect the changes I am seeing to date. Maybe i will add it later.
Just looking to document my progress here like others have done. I am open to any suggestions/comments. (In the picture with the dress on I am wearing a padded bra but that is what my goal looks like)
