Thank you for your reply Tomi66. Just curious of what brand of BO you were using (I am taking Swanson's). Definitely looking at upping my dosage and your program seems to be what I would want. Would you recommend dropping the RR for now then? Curious as to how much growth you were able to see after taking the BO for 2 years?
