I used transfemm for a year and then Swanson for a year. Two inches growth in that year. It was a struggle to keep from gaining weight, especially with the increased protein intake, I drank 3 high quality protein shakes a day.

I really can't speak to the RR, I never used it as BO is also an AA. I did take Petuitary Glandular, however Lotus said it wasn't necessary with BO, it was already part of the transfemm supplements and I just carried on with it when I switched to Swanson.

I have since switched to estradiol for feminization purposes, and have lost a substantial amount of weight, mostly change of diet and dropping the protein shakes.
