Because you are taking TRT it's hard to be certain what's causing the breast change.
Sure could be TRT and it could be PM.

Testosteron -> Estrogen conversion happens naturally. Higher T could lead to higher Estrogen, and that could get you breast changes.

How do you feel about this?

Gynecomastia is a well known side effect of TRT, doctors should have told you.
You roll with it or look at getting surgery.

I have this, I'm on TRT, I take PM. Both breasts now have that firmer feeling. I'm rolling with it until I decide otherwise.
