I have been on BO for about the same time as you have. I am currently taking 1500mg per day (6 capsules spread out morning/afternoon/night) and 2 RR per day.

I have started having some growth. My libido has definitely dropped off and and morning wood/random erections are non existent. I haven't measured myself but I am sure that I have seen some shrinkage as well (both testicles and penis) which is fine with me.

Maybe you need to increase dosage a bit? or might just take more time for you
